I was going to school this morning, and I went to slow down for someone in front of me, and my accord just died, like it was getting no gas at all. I thought something was up, but I had to get to school on time, so I couldn't stop, but it drove fine all the way to school, and most of the day afterwards. I was taking a friend home, and it started to die on me at every red light and stop sign, and everytime I put it in neutral, I had to fight to keep it alive......
HELP ! ! !

Go thru the basics first
Check your fluids...
Then check the distributor...
wires, sparkplugs
ground wires... battery wires.

if everything is fine after that,
start checking your carburator: check you venturies, make sure they are not loose. check vacuum lines for vacuum leak.

what exactly are the venturies and how do you tell if they are loose? what they cause the car to die?

I had that problem as well. Let me ask you something, does the rpm needle shake like crazy when the system feels like it is going to die?
