have any of you ever tried your hands at making bodykits and the such for your car? i mean a full custom kit, not fitting somethign else to your car... i've been thinking about getting a bunch of bumpers and aprons from other cars and give it a shot... i'll ust a stock accord bumper and apron to start with, then i'll cut, form, slice, dice, and glue a new look together...

any of you think it's a decent idea?
it's just i have too much time on my hands, and i need something to do when i'm bored

kinda i guess.. i really can't see it too well, and i don't have a program to enhance it... i will get a better look at it when i get home, but that seems to be the route i'll be going

The top half is the stock 3g civic bumper and the botton half is from a 92 eagle tallon, The only problem that I am encountering is that I cannot find an adheasive that will bond the two different materials together so I will have to have a seam in it when it is done,

well, i was thinkin about just makin it and making a mold from it to reproduce and sell... would be cool to see some freshness on a 3gee without it being ROUNDED...

i am gonna have to search around for pics of cars to do this from... if you have any that you think would make good candidates, send them to [email protected]

good pic, but i wish it didn't have that tag there.... i'm not good enough to work around that in photochop

that looks like it would flow half decent at least with the 3gee lines
