Put new window in... Now it barely moves!!!

I just installed a new passenger window in my 87 accord hatch. It went in fine, but now the motor barely moves the window up or down! It takes about a minute for it to move all the way. Could I have done something wrong?

Get some silicon lubricant and put it in the window tracks.
