I read your alls stories of how your car has been in an accident or someone has caused damage to it. How many on here have not had something happen to there car?? I've never had an accident or even been pulled over for anything. I do 60-65 pretty much everywhere or more when the limit is higher. I'm a good driver and have somewhat good reflexes and reaction time. It seems there may not be many here who haven't gotten there car messed up. So there is my question. Who hasn't been in an accident?

I've never had a single accident, or ticket in the 5 years I've been driving thus far :) My car was wrecked before I got it though :(

Never in a serious accident. Just a fender bender and a scratch. No tickets either. Well, a parking citation when I decided to be stupid and park on a no parking zone.

tickets galore. Guess that's what happens when you average 40-45K miles p/year.

Accidents:

Got rear-ended last year, just pushed in the rear bumper about 1/4 inch, and put two little scratches on it. aka... no damage.

Plenty of door dings though from assholes with their Bimmers&Benz's in the parking lot at work.

no accidents, but two speeding tickets...damn po's!! :D I'm always safe about driving fast, though...I don't think it's right to risk other people's lives by my driving!

Yeah I got rear ended in my Limited accord by some drunk driver! But in my 86 lx and my 89 Ex-i nothing even close! I'm just always watching the rear view mirror! lol

nothing has happened to me yet...well..except for when i hit the curb..but no accidents. Its only a matter of time before i get a ticket though. On the way to school in the morning its a normal thing to see how fast we can get going...

Well the reason I got two tickets is b/c I was so excited about the mod I just put on so I wanted to test it and well low and behold I got tickets so I just don't speed too much anymore.

It came with few dents and dings when we bought it. No accidents so far. Was damaged on a hit-and-run, (just the side marker, no biggie). I've had one ticket, it was in a part of town where the cops wanted a pay raise....jerks! Instead of pulling over their normal 200 a month, they pulled over nearly 1000 that month....JERKS!

I dont even have my license yet and I've already been in 2 near accidents. One wasn't my fault and wasn't much of a close call, the other was my fault and quick reflexes were the only thing that saved me. I was in a state park, narrow roads, my foot to the floor in second coming around a gradual blind corner. Floated to the outside to be greeted by a Ford Escort Wagon coming the other way. :D Scary Shit.

i got a ticket 2 years ago, 3 months after i got my license and i haven't gotten one since. my only "accident" was when my friend rear-ended me at a stop sign. it was pretty slow and it looked like nothing happened. later that night i found out i couldn't close my trunk. the next weekend we took the bumper off, drilled a hole and put a cable through it. the cable went around a tree and we used a come-along to pull it out in my front yard. shade tree mechanics to the max. that's it.

I have been in two accidents both of them were in my civic. The first was someone backing into my front bumper in a parking lot while my car was parked, there was no damage. The second was someone rear ending me while I was stopped at a stop light. The police estimated the guy was going 40-50 mph. It basicly pushed the trunk into back seat. The car was totaled. Both of these were not in any way my fault.

Hmm... maybe this counts.... I was at the airport dropping off my brother and the HANDIVAN reversed into me... I had a whole line of witnesses......... all bound for some other continent.
oh well.

I swapped on the bumper from the 86 and tossed the one that the vans exhaust took a chunk out of.

Accidents sharpen the reflexes. Tickets make you aware of your suroundings. I'm not ashamed that I was in an accident or that I have had 2 civil speeding tickets, 4 criminal speeding tickets, and my liscence suspended 2 times. I have learned alot form that.

i've never had an accident or been pulled over with this car. been pulled over with my other car, but never gotten a ticket. the guy who owned the car before me got in an accident with it so the side door is bent a bit and the front bumper is a dx bumper instead of the LX-i one, but it's ok i guess. i'll fix it when i got the money for it.

i got pulled over by my neighborhood guard for doing 52 in a 25........and my brakes went out once........but i think thats about it, oh yeah i scratched my hubbby when i was practicing parallel parking once when i had my permit........
