Does anyone know where to get a torqe convertor for our cars? I have been looking but have not been able to find one. I think this my problem. See when ever i drive long distances at a constant speed I end up needing to apply more and more pressure on the gas pedal to maintain speed. Then then will slow to the point where i have to pull over and wait for about ten minutes before I am able to drive again. This all happens in about 30 minutes of constant speed driving. Hope that I did not confuse anyone. any help would be great!!!!! :burn:

Sounds like its overheating.....fluid/radiator condition?

What makes you think its the convertor? a stall test and pressure test will find the fault

hmmmm......it's a hydraulic coupling that transmits engine torque and also increases it......
