What is the Best Way??

Hi guys, just thought I would get your advice on doing some body work on my car. I have previously done some light body work on a previous car (sanding, priming, using a spray bomb) to fix some minor rusting and bad paint on it, so I am not a total rookie at it. My car is rusting on the rear wheel wells, as almost all 3g's do at one point or another. There is some separation of the metal happening, but currently it is not so bad that we cannot fix it. What is your best advice on fixing/patching this so that it will not only look good, but won't cost me an arm and a leg. Any comments are appreciated.

or just do the sand, fiberglass usual method. Probably not that bad, it's all in your prep
