im thinking of putting n2o on my 88lxi like a 50 shot.
and i was wondering what every one thinks.
good or bad let me know.

Well what mods do you have done to the car already? I'm building my car up to n2o. Your engine won't last long at all if you don't do the reccomended upgrades. Do a search for getting ready for nitrious. I had a thread about this and some really good info.

Listen to the experience. I had a friend who wanted to add a 60 shot to her stock Neon and I told her expect some spendy repair bills in the near future.

but N20 isnt all that bad.. the only PITA my lazy ass has with N20 is the constant refill and the fact that ive seen too many friends get addicted.. .. meaning the use it every race.. not just when there losing by a lil..
so far. 2 of my friends (93 civic hb,96accord sedan) have blown fubared there motors on it.. from getting "addicted"
so if u see urself every week.. refilling the bottle.. u have a problem. lol

Well I suggest you get other upgrades before you just jump into N2O

i did a search and all it really said was get lower comp. pistions
so what should i doto my car before shooting?

Well, upgrade everything. Exhaust (headers, bigger pipes, performance muffler), intake (CAI or short ram w/hoodscoop), fuel delivery (injectors), ignition (MSD) Pistons, camshaft, pretty much everything that I have.

Yea and if you do all the stuff Mike listen above you might as well put on a turbo. You will need a little bit more but not too much especialy if you run low psi.
