radio wiring help

ok i know the color codes of the 12v constant and the 12v acsessory but which one is talking bout the ignition and which one is talkin bout the positive battery, because when i hooked them up it works perfectly but every time i turn the ignition off the memory alwayz reset. Can i switch the wires and will it work?

constant power the battery one ! and accessories is the one to turn on your radio with ignition !

if you got every thing right and there is still a problem check the ECU clock fuse ! ( does your dash clock get reset too ? )
