Well, ever since I got my 3g I've been trying to get my mom to think about getting a Honda when she gets a new car. I am pleased to say that as of yesterday she gave her old car (Ford Taurus Wagon) to my sister and picked up a '98 CR-V. We went to CARMAX and looked around. I even found a few cars that I was interested in. The car is in great shape and runs very well. While we were talking to the lady she mentioned that when, mainly younger guys bring in a car that has been tuned they receive less on the trade-in value. Why? It's because they remove the aftermarket parts and put the factory stuff back on. They sell their cars factory style. This was at CARMAX, so I don't know the policy on that kind of thing at other used dealerships. Now that I've got my mom in a Honda, my sister is next. She's already said that when she finally gets a new car, she will get some type of Honda. We're becoming a happy Honda family. :D
