Simple question, is there a difference between a automatics radiator and a manual's radiator???:D  :D

yes the automatice has a place to hook in tranny hose to cool the tranny fluid.

I have done 2 swaps and there is a difference, but you do not need to change radiators. Simply just plug the hoses up with a bolt or remove the hoses and crimp the ends of the outlets.

OK, so basically you're saying that when I do my swap that I will have to get a new radiator for a manual tranny...... It would be nice if that little bit of information was in the How-To......

Ok, now this problem doesn't sound too bad but do you think that by not running the coolant line to the tranny that you could be shorting the life of that tranny........

its not that you could, you would be shortening the life of the tranny, it would run really really hot. If you have any doubts as to wether your radiator has a tranny cooler look for the hookups at the bottom of the radiator. All the replacement radiators ive seen had the tranny cooler hookups, if you dont use them they are capped off.

Now that's music to my ears AccordEpicenter because I just got a replacement radiator put on like 5 months ago so what I'll do is check and see if those hookups were just capped or not.........:D

Manual transmissons do not need to be cooled. Only the automatics have a tranny cooler to cool the tranny down.
