Your first post was ambiguous, you did not specify either the horn nor the horn button. You just walked into that one :D
Anyway, the horn is behind the bumper.

I have two horns - one on each side behind bumper. To replace need to remove front bumper. They are different ie. two different pitches. I believe Honda part number 233352 for low pitched unit and part number 237951 for high pitched horn. I am reading the numbers off an invoice from 1999 when I paid about $50 each.

Get some old cadillac horns. So then it will sound like a fog horn.

My friend had this pimped out Mercury (he later flipped it on an icy curve in the mountain passes) and had 3 horns on it. Stock, some weird one he found at a junkyard, and one off a 40's car that sounded like "A WOO ga!". It was hilarious...
As for our Accord horns, they rule compared to the other horns out there.

Yea my horn isn't very loud either and it sounds kinda funny. When I first got my car about a month ago I took one of my friends out in it. He asked me to honk the horn , so I honked it. It made this tiny little "beep" and he just started laughing:D. So I guess out horns are kinda wimpish or mine's just messed up too.

Your's is messed up too. If working correctly, its very strong and very loud. Mine scares the shit out of people.

My horn does not work... I havent really looked into the problem yet, but I was wondering what's most likely to fail on these... the horn switch, the relay or the horn itself??

I vote for horn. They are exposed to the salt and water/snow. My steering wheel has 4 buttons so I think it unlikely that all 4 would fail at once.

Found a picture of the horns on another thread. They are the slightly rusted round black devices beneath each headlight at Front (Radiator) Brace by WhiteHonda 5/25/03. http://3geez.com/showthread.php?threadid=18499
