how hard is it to replace the left front lower control arm and the strut rod? the control arm has a slight bend in it which pulled the strut rod slightly so both need to be replaced.

Also the CV Boot needs to be replaced. Any help would be great. Thanks.

It's a bitch if the bolts are stuck. If not, then it's pretty straigthforward. Get a 2-jaw puller or fork to remove the lower ball joint. And lots of pb blaster. Also need an alignment after the job.
CV boot might be the toughest part :D

CV boot is a bitch !
search for a post by me in the suspension section !
BTW no need for a 3jaws puller ! use a BIG HAMMER ! :D

all you need is the ball joint puller fork a can of wd-40 (or similar) various good quality sockets a couple feet of pipe (for leverage) and a big f'n hammer!

I suggest soaking the nuts first and letting them sit an hour. Then pull the cotter pinns and go to town on the nuts with the socket and the pipe.
