Swaping rear brake assembly

I need to know if it's possible to swap out the rear disk brake assembly from a G2 Prelude onto my G2 1984 Accord LX hatchback? The two cars seem to have simular rear suspension systems.

Sources tell me "No", but I am not 100% about the 2G Accord. FYI, there is a dude on this board working to make those rear brakes work on our 3G's (fabricating a bracket). There are also a couple cats who have 84-5 HB's and they'd know fa sho. They have prolly tried it themselves, too.
