I drove the new 86 EX-i home today. I noticed something weird that the other 86 and 88 never did. When I park the car with the engine running and release my seat belt, the front sidemarkers come on (even with the lights turned off). When I shut the car off, they turn off as well. When I open the door, the sidemarkers come on again and turn off when I shut the door. Does anyone elses do this? I guess it's like a safety feature to alert surrounding cars you are getting out/in your car. I couldn't firgure out why my sidemarkers weren't turning off the first time I saw it (had the door open). I thought the light switch was broken or something. Then it shut off when I closed the door.
