If it's in good condition (needing no repairs) then I'd take it. You should be able to sell it for a bit of a profit too.

it's cheap trasport, don't get any ideas of "tuning" it, just get it and sell it when you're done (love 'em and leave 'em lol)

I'd jump on that! My sister bought an '89 Mazda 323 hatch back in '95 or '96 (can't remember exactly) with 89,000 miles, after totalling her '86 VW Golf. And in general, that was a real good little car. It was no Accord, but it was damn good reliable transportation. Never had any problems with it except for the spark plugs popping out one time (fixed with helicoil) and the distributor cap cracking or something, and causing the car to stall. She never really even maintaind the thing, and it always ran great. Still had the original t-belt when she traded it in 2000 with around 160,000, but needed balljoints and a few other things done my that time.

Don't expect much speed, because the gearing is WAAAYYY different than on the Accord due to the little 1.6L motor, so 70 mph it's at like 4k rpm, lol (I'm not sure exactly b/c it didn't have a tach). But just to get around, it's a great little car :)

car! Im finally back on the road!
I'll prolly sale it in August but so far im very pleased with this car
OH its great on gas!
11.00 fills the gas tank compared to almost 20.00 in the accord

can it chirp the 155/70/13's? (wild guess, it would be crazy if that were the real size)

Those are nice cars.....I used to have one. It was really reliable and good on gas like you said. What model is it? I think mine was an XE or SE, good find bro.
