1991 Civic Dx [what should I get?]

I know this is a 3g website, but since this board is always helpful, I thought I'd ask a question about my 1991 Civic Dx: well, I wanna get a new muffler, or the end of the exhaust pipe [I don't know the difference]. I'm lookin to spend around $115, no more. I'm just wondering if you guys could help me pick what style or brand I should get. I don't want it just for looks, I already have a shitty 3AERacing muffler tip that sounds like a rubberband. I want performance, I'm guessing I'll get about a 5 hp from an ordinary muffler/exhaust tip or whatever it is.

I'd pick your favorite muffler and check around with muffler shops to see how much they'd charge to make you a cat-back system.
