5 speed swap questions

Ok, questions for the 5 speed swap... First one is, when doing the swap, do you have to switch starters? In the honda factory manual it specifies that the bolts for the starters are different, but makes no other 5 speed vs AT differentation, does that mean i can use the AT starter with the 5 speed bolts? Also is it possible to use the AT axle shafts with the MT ? The MT is like .2 inches shorter (also in the honda factory manual) , i think that the inboard shaft (which is nothing like the outer ones) would take up the slack and id be fine to use the AT axles... anybody know if they work for sure?

Have you seen the write up in the how-to thread?? Has all the info you need. Anyways, the AT starter and MT starter has different bolt holes (the holes won't line up with the wrong starter). The passenger side axle is the same but you need the MT driver's axle.
