reminds me of when I got mine. Get some tint, some nice chrome wheels, and paint the tails. Also clear out your front bumper lenses.

Welcome!

Moldings painted white would really look good. White especlally looks real good with the moldings painted to match. Then maybe some tint, a drop, and some rims if you like. It's all up to you though cuz it IS your car, and you've got to do it how YOU want it to look. Take a look around the pics forum though, and you'll find tons of ideas here and there on what works/doesn't. Looks like your car is in nice shape though, so that's good to start out with!

So you're from S. Fla too? Or Where at?

New rims for sure, like 17's the painted moldings would work and a drop. oh and the tint, then your car would look much more complete. good luck man, i see many dollard being spent in the near future lol.

Dude why does everyone not like those rims? Are those Si rims? They kinda looks like lude si rims.

those wheels and rims are brand new. the previous owner bought just before i bought the car. they're mag wheels. its says American Racing in the center. Can somebody edit one of the pics so i can see what my car would look like in the end. remember, white moldings, dropped, tint windows, but leave the wheels, cuz i feel guilty about changing the rims just yet since they're brand new, thanx

paint the moldings, slam it clear the bumper lenses, get rid of the bumper stickers, paint the tails red um...........i don't mind your rims tho, oh yeah u clear the bumper signals by heating them up and removing the clear plastic housing, inside there is a yellow insert plastic thingy, u just take it out and BOOM! instalclears!!! :lol mine are of some of the clearest on the board i might add :pimp: u can see the blue piaa bulbs nicely right through it, when u heat it up use either a heat gun or (like me) hot water!!!! worked just fine for me;)

ditch the bumper stickers and drop that thing with some 20 % tint and it would will be hott especially with that bumpin setup you got in the trunk.

Alright retract that statement I said about the rims :) I didn't know they were American Racing Rims. You can keep them if you like them but I just don't like American Racing rims on imports. But, it doesn't really matter (get rid of the center caps and put Honda ones in there and they'll be fine ;) ) They look cool from the pics but I just have a thing against AR rims (not sure how that started though, can't really remember why)

Did you guys notice that in his interior pic that the seatbelt light also has door thing on the same light. I know my sedan doesn't have that. Maybe it's a coupe thing.

The small things will count as i owned a 89 DX coupe when i first started out. I didnt do much to it but if you saw it when i got it you would think it was a different car. I only did small things like system, tints, exhaust, rims and spoiler. But it wasnt bad looking way back them in 97 or 98 before imports really blew up.

And my current project as most of you may have seen.

So if you dont have a lot of money to spend do things that count the most like springs and new rims and some tints this will help change the exterior a bit. And if you get some stuff to make your mouldings black again it will help to since they are faded a bit.

U got a body kit on that?

RobT5580

No body kit yet but when i do the body work i am getting a Xenon kit. I am having a lot of issues on deciding on what color to paint my car since i dont like dark colors due to maintaining them seem harder. I am big on white but i am undecided at the moment because of choosing interior colors to match. I will have to wait and see when the time comes but it seems like white will be my first choice although Si Electron Blue is still high on the list.

Now that I look at it again I think it was just the shadows making it look like there was one. Looks nice tho.

Looks just like my car. Same color inside and out. Shave your emblems. Definitely cleans up the look.
