Never really posted pics of this ride so i guess i'll do it now:)
then engine is in its SMOGable phase, thats why most of the emissions stuff is there and the stock exhasut manifold. Smog sucks. and on another note....get ur self a pair of prelude seats! about 10x more supportive then the stockies and a lil lighter too:D

Nice pics mike. Why did you pull the DC Sports header. It's carb exempt. Interesting gauge pod below the radio.

How hard is it to put in Prelude seats? My brother has a prelude and his seats are SOOO supportive! I get done with an hour of driving in the accord and my lower back hurts like a motha!

I have the same problem with my car. But I'll tell ya I have the same problem with every single honda seat I've ever been in, after a hour my lower back really hurts. And it's a long list of honda products, 88crx, 89 civic HB, 90 acura integra, 90 and 91 legend coupe, 92 civic HB and 1999 odessey. Prelude seat look nice, but the odds are, they'll hurt my back to.:(

Jim,

Try some prelude seats before you condemn Honda forever! They are very supportive of the lower back!

just swap the tracks on the bottom of the seats to the accord tracks and they bolt right in. oh and the egr had to be put back on the engine so the stock manifold was put back. The dc was riged for no egr.

OK, I'm stealing the Prelude seat idea, and guage pod idea - that is exactly what I'm looking for :p

What was the idea behind taking the egr system out?

Did it run smoother or faster?

Did you do it yo take some weight off?

Did you notice any increases in horsepower?

I'm a little confused... do the Prelude seats go on the Accord rails or do you have to put the Prelude rails in too? Also, if the latter is the correct answer, is it a hard job to do? Even for someone with next-to-no experience?

Here's the pod I'm using... installing Oil Pressure, Fuel Pressure, and (Watch this Space). It's gonna fit right in front of the clock on the dash. This is in addition to the gauges to the left of the cluster

Now I just gotta paint it to match the rest of the interior.
