Help Please

Well, my EACV was dying, and i finaly replaced that today.... started up the car, ran fine, no ecu codes or anything.... it was sitting there, idling in the driveway, when it just dies.... i wouldnt start for a while, and when it did, let it idle, and it did the same thing. it now doesnt like to start and i am getting a code 6. i understand that #6 is the ECT sensor, but would it cause a problem like this.... i can smell gas and there are no leaky injectors, so i am thinking that the faulty sensor is causeing it to run rich.... sorry about the long post, but any help would be greatly appreciated... thanks

Well, it only dies after it warms up... it will start fine when it is cold.... but once it gets warm enough it just seems to shut itself off

yeh,your ect sensor or wiring is faulty,...try another sensor
