You can't really see it, but there's 3 dents in the roof just in front of the moonroof, from where the hood flew up on my going 80mph

I'll post the rust hole pics as links.... This is from back in December when I took my big heavy duty grinder with the wire brush attachment to the rust spots, and it opened up these nice big holes. I primered and painted them right away after taking these pics, so they really haven't grown any since then. Now I need to weld my new panels in! I HATE road salt!!!

the 5g wasn't repairable? damn that really sucks. it was on it's way to. insurance didn't cover it? i like that lip that it had on it. i bet painted the same color as the car it would look sweet. too bad it's dead.

Well the insurance company gave me money for it, but the loan that I had on it was more than what they gave me, i got ripped on that car. It wasn't worth fixin. Airbags went out, if you look at the picture of the motor, look at the strut bar, look how it is dented up. I started it up after that too, and it sounded horrible, then it wouldn't start anymore. I think the timing belt broke. all the oil leaked out of it. I managed to dent the air intake that I had too. but I took that out anyways. My friend still has it lol. Yah it sure did suck.

damn. that 5g looks like the entire engine bay is pushed back a couple inches on that side. i didn't notice that the engine was crooked before. that's a real shame
