Do you have any other vehicles you could yank the battery out of to test? My old hyundai took forever to start and cranked slowly so I dropped the accord's battery in and it worked a lot better. Chances are it is just a dead battery but if you're able to test another one, that'll give you a definite answer.

Yea probably the battery. They wear out over time, and just won't hold a charge anymore. Try what netfreak mentioned, or jumpstarting it if you can't swap the battery. That should tell you right away

if nothing helps, go to autozone and get their free electical diagnosis. They will tell u where and what kinda problem it is.

i don't know what u really mean by not crank over, but my car wasn't starting, like i'd get all the lights on but when u do that last turn to start the motor it wouldn't start. SO i replaced the ignition switch ( i think that's whats it's called) and now it starts right up.
