okei when i put a full tank of gas i can get around 240 give or give or take a few miles till i have to full it up again.... does that sound right? whats your gas milage, and what can i do to get more miles for my gas.

240? ouch... i go at least 330 miles b/w fill-ups, and thats with the ac on most of the time... after 330 miles i still have at least a gallon left in the tank... on average, about 32-34 mpg's...

Yeah I would say about a half a tank I get 150+ miles 300+ on a full tank or there abouts depending on the weather and how many assholes I have to pass hehe. only 240 hmmm I would say make sure your filters are good belts are good...good tires,breaks,vacum hoses,umm that kind of shit.

About 600 miles on 12 gal give or take a few... oh wait thats with the jetta ;). The accords lucky if it gets 20mpg, a little bit better on the highway because of the dx 5th gear but I hardly ever take it on long trips.

I've been recording my odometer for the last year and how much I pump because my gas gauge wasnt accurate. I finally got it fixed, so I took the pad inside and started calculating. On a normal city-driving mode, with races in between lol, I averaged 24 mpg. Highway 31-32. A couple times I hit a low of 9 mpg, I musta been racing like a mofo that week.

I usually fill up after about 350-400 miles with about an eighth of tank remaining on the gauge.

Cocoboy, any mods in your car? Maybe you slam on the gas too much and should try driving like how the car should be driven (like a granny driving). Check your air filter, my friend. Good luck.

I'm doing in the range of 23-26 mpg. I have a deltacam and I dont drive anything lower than 2500 rpms. I floor it at stops too, and all that uneeded acceleration on the highway when I know I'm gonna slow down coz of some lane hoggin granny.

I get around 400 miles to the tank, the last time i calculated it i got 34.?? miles to the gallon. That was highway miles, with the car loaded down with luggage and NO FIFTH GEAR crusin at about 70. So it's possible to get around 40 with the right mods. All I have is a cold air intake, cat back 2.5 in exhaust, accel coil, plug wires and ngk plugs.

I get a little over 400 miles from a full tank, I travel about 100 mi/day. This was after changing my plugs, both fuel filters, air filter, and PCV valve and filter.

When I'm on the highway, I TRY to drive around 2500 rpms, but sometimes its hard to do that with a 5speed because its nice to hear the engine rev.

About 32 city, 34.5 highway. All stock, and tuned up. Recently, the tank got low enough to light up the low gas warning light. I was at 460 or so, and got gas at 480. I figure I could have gone another 75 miles or so after the light, calculated with a 15.9 gallon tank, or 540+ miles. I think I'll keep her! :tongue:

i have 89 lxi sedan and a full tank gets me around 222-235 miles then the light comes on - cant figure it out but also havent tried. i just keep driving the 89 civic sedan with manual and it gets about 35 mpg and i drive like a total asshole. every stopmsign i have to light them up

I get around 405, 410 on a tank of gas. It gets better, thats just with the gas light barely coming on. I think you have another galoon or two. Thats another 30-65 miles....i have yet to run out....

At least 35 MPG, and i can prove it if you have doubts, but you will have to wait 400 miles. ;)

Just figured it out today, 26.7 mpg, thats half conservative driving (shifting around 2.5k) and half aggressive (4k - 4.5k)

i get about 250 per fillup but i never let it go lower than a quarter of a tank. so that's about 333 miles on a full tank i guess... and that's with the a/c on all the time. mostly city driving and short hops on the highway (60-70 mph).

question... i use premium unleaded. what do y'all use?
