Defroster and cruise control trouble

My cruise and rear window defroster stopped working, ive checked all fuses there all okay, they both quit working at same time. Anybody have any ideas on what could be causing this ?

All, all fuses? Even the ones not apparently associated with the accessory?

Yep, lots of fuses. For the R. Def. > fuse #5 in the dash fuse box & fuse #23 in the underhood fb. For the cruise>fuses #2 & #4 in the dash fb and fuse #4 in the under hood box. If those are good, you'll need a meter to check other components (other than the cruise control unit, solid state).
