Hell yea! I won't ever get rid of my car....I love it way too much. Doesn't mean I won't get something else to play with, but either way my 3g isn't going anywhere. Most likely if I got something else, it would be so I could take the 3g off the road for a bit and fix everything that's wrong with the body, and fix it right.

I would want to get buried with a 3g but prbly not the one i have now. I want to buy another one, mod it and then get buried with that one LOL

I love the 3rd gen accord, its hella tight. I just wish it was easier to get serious performance out of the engine... Its no B16/B18/H22/B20a but i like it more than F22 engines or D15/16 etc

i'm with jared. chances are, i'll have a new car within the next year or two, but i really have no reason or desire to get rid of the accord. the only problem is i may have no place to park it if i live in an apartment with limited parking available, which is fairly common around here

haha. I've had mine 8 years now, so that's a long time. I'll always love the 3G.

Awsome!! it is so cool to see so many of you as taken by the 3rd gen. as i am..

i came across my first one by chance.. needed a cheap set of weels, got it for $400. i ran it for a few monthes, but it ran like crap and it was all rusted out so i stripped it and sent the uni to the scrap yard..

it seems like the 3gee gods wanted my patrinage cause a friend of mine gave me her 86'dx. she had mangled the tranz and warped the head.. so i just dropped in the whole engine/tranze from my first one using her carb and it ran like new.

but about three months later a b**ch in a jeep turned it into a geo when i was stoped making a left turn.

by this time i was sold on the 3rd gen, so i stripped it and found a 87'dx that needed work. now its my daily driver gets avg 35mpg and is the bomb.

i just reciently got an 88lxi to fix up.... and i want another dx... so if anyone in eastern pa has one look me up..

3GEEZ FOREVER!!!!

I love the 3 gen accord. The one I've got now is fine but I'm not going to put much money into it. I'm hoping to get another 3g (like an '88 or 89 EX-i coupe) in better condition when I have a bit more $$'s.

I've finish modding it, more then likely keep it, but move on to another car/van (Odyssey).

i think i will have a very hard time getting rid of my car. so in my case, im not going to get rid of it ever. thats probley how its gonna be. i just feel a certain amount of love for my 3gee. its realy unlike any other car when u think about it. i mean, how many other 4 door cars have pop-up headlights. and to think i wanted to convert to fixed headlights! nope, not anymore. realy the only other car ive seen that was 4 door and had pop-ups was like the aston martin lagonda from the late 70s and 80s. and also the 1st gen american integra. theres others, but they are very rare cars. and as for being finished modding, i hope i never come to that point.
