When I put on my pacesetter header and a dynomax muffler will it sound a lot louder than the pacesetter muffler? cause I want something louder

You will be able to tell a difference, the header changes the pitch a little, but the muffler shouuld make a sound difference... So you should be happy with it...

on the header I plan on refinishing it w/ high temp like 1200 degree grill paint and welding on a flex pipe, to make it work on a carb all i have to do is plug one of the o2 sensor holes ?

to the best of my knowledge, yes indeed. it really depends on what your definition of "plug" is...

When I get my Pacesetter header back from being sandblsted, I am going to use high temp BBQ paint, then take it to a muffler shop and have them weld a flange on and connect a piece of flexpipe. For the O2 sensor, I am going to get a new one and hook it up, and take the old one out of my stock exhaust manifold and put that in the extra hole. Does anyone see any problem with any of the above? Or does it sound good?

let the welder shop weld the plug first or you they will damage the paint you going to put it on.
