horn question

Do both horns have to be connected for them to work....don't know too much about the electrical stuff so some input would be great

Either will work alone, but it will sound a bit weird since they make different tones.

if niether one works would the cruise control still work(heard they are wired together

I've heard they're on the same fuse, but I think the cruise control will still work without working horns. I've never tried it myself though.

horn works without cruise control. but I never removed any fuses

then that mean's that something wrong with my cruise system.
the switch on the panel light's up , but it does'nt light on the dash.
what could be wrong?
