Buy A New Accord??

I was reading this thread http://www.3geez.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=18915 and bobafett said something about if we could buy newer cars we would. I agree. I mean I love my 3rd Gen but with enough money i would definetly buy a new car like yesterday :D . But what i was wondering is how many ppl here would buy a newer Accord. I would. Been an accord fan since about 93' so its a no brainer for me. If not an Accord a Honda of some sort. So let me know who would buy an Accord or if not that what car.

BTW...your budget is $26,000 (price of a V-6 top of the line 2003 Accord)

hmm i would keep the 3gee and do a h22 swap :D with a full blown badass body kit and then buy a 4th gen and rice the shit outa it and the rest of the money left over i will use it for prostitutes :D ahaha

The 4th gen can look real good with a body kit. If I had the choice of buying a new accord or working on my current one, I'd keep the current one. I like the 80's design.

I would buy a 5th gen Prelude and supercharge it if I had 25gs to spend. I like my 3g and 4th and 5th gen Accords are very nice. I love the interior of the new Accords...very upscale looking but I still think they are too chunky looking and I hate the thick ass pillars and lack of glass. Older Accords and Hondas in general had a lot more glass all around.

I'd buy a 2G accord... and Daily drive it till my 3G is done then I'll go to work on the 2G

A little off topic but speaking of using the money to soup up your car. I used to live in VA and seen a dude with a 5th Gen Accord and he stuffed a V-12 in it. Mercedes I beleive and lots of modding. Dont ask me details cuz this was about 8 or 9 yrs ago. Just thought i would let yall ponder that a second while we have a free 25 geez. :lol

For $26,000, I'd get a 2nd gen (95-98) Eclipse GSX or Talon TSI, Greddy FMIC, 20G Turbo, 3" Turbo-Back Exhaust w/ Manifold, CAI, Test-pipe, Apexi Super AFC, Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump, 720cc Injectors, Fluidine Aluminum Radiator, Electric Fan, Unorthodox Racing Pulleys and Cams, ACT 2600 Clutch, plus many other miscellaneous goodies.

i'd keep my 3G, drop a B18C1 in it, turbo, nitrous, all new internals and advanced engine management. and then the rest on show. or i'd buy a 4th gen and do something rather similar. i love 3rd and 4th gens.:D
