I looked all over the net and all they have are type S tires rated at 112mph. I wanted high performance dunlops but could not find them. I suppose i can fit a bigger tire but how big? my car is not lowerd and has stock rims. -Any information would be helpful

The tall sidewalls on the stock tire size are why there are no tires with higher speed ratings available. You could go with a smaller diameter tire (speedometer will read high, car will sit lower). There's one H rated choice for 195-60-13:

A better choice would be to get at least 14" wheels that use a shorter sidewall to reach the correct diameter and have tires available with the speed rating that you want. A used set of stock 14s from another member of the board would probably be pretty cheap.
