I have 2 12" JL W3V2s and they pound pretty loud. I like JL, they make nice stuff.

your talking about the CDA-9815. the only difference between the 9813 and the 9815 is the X-overs and the I-Personalize. i can get the 9813 for about $250 while i have to pay close to $400 for the 9815. trust me ive looked at my options. im not even gonna send any power from my HU to my subs because ive decided on the JL's and the amp matches the sub perfectly so i dont need any more power.

you can still do I- personalize with 9813.
why are you going with 5 1/4 in the front?
you can put 6.5" easy.

I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to hear those alpine type R mid-range speakers. Of all the postive comments I've heard about them, makes me wanna check em out.

alright this is what i have decided. im goin all alpine:

Head Unit- CDA-9813
Fronts- Type-R 6.5" component
Rear- Type-R 6.5" coaxle
Subs- 2 Type-R 12" dual 4 ohm (wired to 2 ohm)
Amps- 2 MRD-M300

this system is really gonna kick ass but im gonna have to work my ass off to make the money. im selling my current system for $150. this includes the subs, rear 6x9s, front 6.5s and the head unit. no box or amp. im keeping the box and giving the amp back to my friend. unless you wanna pay an extra $50 for the amp.

Can I make a suggestion? If you were to break with the all Alpine set-up, and get a USX 600F, or even 800F amp, you could save probably close to $200 and still get the power you need from a very quality amp.

PM me if you want more information.

Yes, the quality will be the same... Alpine is not the best quality... they are one of the best as far as mainstream goes, but there are MANY companies that put out similar or better quality products for much less than Alpine, they just aren't as mainstream.
