This was my b-day present. They sound really nice coming off a 75Wx2 amp. What do you guys think?

Very nice. I really am happy with my pioneers, they are the same as those. Oh, and happy late 20th birthday :)

I AM 18 and up to no good :D

How do you like those speaker covers? It looks really stupid in my car. I'm thinking about getting LX speaker cover covers in the back.

well since my main ride is the buick, i transfer'd my system to that car. I didn't use those covers cause the buick is a bit different, they bolt in from the bottom no the top.

So far my sytem includes:

$179 - Kenwood KDC-217s CD/CD-R/CD-RW
$158 - Audiovox 300w (200rms) <--not underrated, i measured it :D
$120 - Koss 75Wx2
$119 - 12" Sony 1200watt pentagon sub (350rms)
$129 - 220watt pioneer 6x9's

next step is a decent pair 6.5" for the front. For the money, i get excellent sound. I'm going to measure the SPL and SQ to see just how good.

-Peace

Sounds like it is nice. Right now all I've got is a Sony Xplod CD/CD-R/CD-RW deck and new Pioneer speakers (same model as yours except in 6.5")

Those are excellent mid-level speakers in my opinion Pimp86LX.

bambamky: Jensens are decent entry level speakers. I had some in my 85' Seville with 50watts RMS and was never dissapointed. Dont expect Rockford sound tho.
