A friend of mine has a 95 Civic, She told me that after the cat was replaced on the car and now when she turns the Air on, The car has no power and idles really low. I really don't see how replacing the cat would cause this so, I doubt that has anything to do with it. (Sorry, I know it's near impossible to troubleshoot the prob with this little of info.)
