I think you have a huge misconception about us.

1) Most of us here aren't "flying off the deep end" in response to your biased and misplaced humor. There are those (as was stated clearly before) that cannot grasp the thought of disagreement with 3geez. There are those of us, however, that find this entirely amusing.

2) Every single car community in the history of man has gathered in such a way as to promote not only the community as a whole, but the acceptance of their car of choice and the customization of said car as a craft. We adhere to this general criteria as well.

Go to NHRA's in Gatlinburg, Lexington, LA, Las Vegas... Go to Nopi's in Atlanta, DC, Pheonix... You'll see the exact same thing: people congregate with other people that share some common interest and often work as a unit to obtain some common goal (in our case, the interest- the car, the common goal- to define our craft).

This occurs quite frequently throughout history actually...

Point is, we're here to help each other out with a car that we CHOSE to pursue. 80% of us could easily afford a second (or third) car other than a 3rd generation Accord. Most of us in fact, do have another car. It is our percieved beauty in this car that drives us together. How, exactly, does this make us bad people... Got me. How does this make our cars "bitch cars"... Dunno that one either.

The only certainty is that your character flaw is the justification of provoking negative human response in order to fulfill some need for self-satisfaction. You know why you said what you said, and you know why you keep coming back. We know this also.

I missed the whole argument and I'm too lazy to read it, but here's my opinion

A taurus probably IS more comfortable than the Accord, the accord is definately not meant for long people, but to be honest I don't think the build quality even approaches that of the Accord because when the 3rd gen accord was made it had to compete with the well-established American brands so they offered a more well-built car. As far as performance goes the Accord doesn't have shit on the SHO unless u mod it of course or unless you buy the Japanese 3rd gen with the B20 motor, that would be a close fight I think.

I'll keep my Accord and enjoy it, thank you. You keep your Taurus and enjoy the comfy ride. We all stop arguing over stupid shit like this and go on our merry fukkin ways. goodnight.

jeezus, i didnt think i was ever gonna get to post. First off i own a 99 taurus se DOHC, its very fast and solid, but not to comfortable.
Second, dont go to an Accord forum and start shit. Do u see any of us starting shit on a ford (or any other) forum? NO! Were here to share our ideas on stuff for our accords since the aftermarket world doesnt recognize us. Trust me, we all know that are accords are god's gift to the road....but were doing our best.
