New accord and Speaker sizes

Im getting a 1988 2 door accord dx carburated (not sure how you spell that). It's a very nice car in great condition. I can't drive it till i get new brakes put on and an exhaust. But until then im going to replace the speakers. So if some one can tell me what size speakers my car has. thanks for any help

well, first of all, you should do the search before you ask the question. this question has been answered million times.
anyway, DX: 6.5" all the way around.
you can get 6x9 on the back, but you will need special adapter from LXI- SEI models.

maybe we should make an FAQ on 3gee audio. it would take care of 95% of the posts in the audio section becuase so many people ask about the damn speaker sizes. would the mods post this if i wrote up some general info?
