problems with painted tails

i painted my tails red about a month ago and i just noticed theyve created a glaze over the paint, its kinda white looking, has any1 else had this porblem? if so how do you fix it?

Did you put a clear coat over the paint? I did mine over 8 months ago and they look just like I did them yesterday.

yea i used the tetors clear coat stuff, i think i might need to wet sand them? but i dont exactly know how to do this
