Always try to flip the hood up and put the prop rod on and then NINJA KICK!!! or just punch the sucka from the bottom. sometimes you can get away with doin shit for free. otherwise yeah use a ding king(they work miracles!)

I've got one right on the hood to the left of the Honda emblem. Doubt the ding king can take that out!

Yeah My hood is totally creased in the corner up about 12" and it creased in half! It was laying on top of the car and the wind picked it up when all of those tornadoes were goin through tornado alley and rammed it right into my garage and then continued to fly into the tree row.....I'm not shitting you guys man this really happened!!

well it's a very small ding. it's from me throwing a ratchet because i had nothing but hell doing the brakes and lost it. didn't throw it at the car though, it just sort of bounced back. stupid mistake on my part, however i'm going to try and get maaco to repaint the hood anyways due to some very niticable spots where it has begun to peel on the hood.

i've got a ding on the, if you're looking straight at it, right side of the honda emblem. all the supports for the hood go across underneath it, so there is no way to pop it out from behind. i got, well technically my mom got, this "dent puller" out of a crappy catalog. it's a big 5" suction cup with a handle, that costed like 8 bucks. suffice to say i haven't used the damn thing.

i have one of those huge suction cups. my grandfather bought me a bunch or autobody tools and that was in there with them. personally i prefer a plundger.

I have a huge ass suction cup and it doesn't do shit unless your dent is the size of a boob. I'll have to hammer them out or something. Joy.

If you take off the grill, you can access little holes. Put a screwdriver or something and see if you can reach the dent and pop it from behind. Most probably it won't "pop". I've tried this at about the same location on the hood...mmmm..doesn't look right, but it's not a dent no more.

Yeah I tried it, made it look worse.

try dry ice. put it on there and POP it just pops right out. or try dry ice followed by a heat gun. the sudden change in temp. shoudl work. it that doesnt work try dry ice, heat gun, dry ice. if that doesnt work try dry ice, heat gun, dry ice, heat gun.

man i need sleep.

i should post some pics of the hood! lol. actually ben hammering isnt smart....I did it to my bonnie's 1/4 panel and it looks like shit! if you are gonna hammer a dent out....get a block of wood and then a rubber hammer and hammer that biatch out. it will make it kinda even but not as good as a ding king.

if you're going to hammer use a body hammer and a dolley.
