Horns removal

I got a clean bill of health at Honda on my 89 coupe LX-i. BUT my friend/the mechanic said I need new horns (they are weak). Are they removable without taking off the bumper and just removing the horn covers?? Or will they NOT fit in that access port on the bumper? If anyone has a cheap working set holla at me. I dunno if they were all the same 86-9 or not...

just pop out the turn signals and remove the bumper... any other way will just be a pain.

i would just htink it to be easiest to take off the bumper and replace the thing. 8 bolts max 6 bolts min for the bumper. I'd say take it off put on either anytype of horn and put it all back together.

i would buy some replacmets and wire them near teh radiator not in the wells ! much easier ! just get the wores from there and use a 30 AMP relay !
