Whats a good, cheap, reliable dry nitrous kit, and where can I buy it at. I'm looking at running a 30-40 shot, no more. A remote bottle opener and bottle heater would be nice too.

The ZEX kit is real simple and cheap. You can find one on e-bay cheap if you look around. You will go with the bigger shot's it's like a drug you just want more and more power.
