Results of Maaco job: GREAT. Not only was there ZERO overspray but the paint is thick, and glossy, and metallic just like I wanted. For all the horror stories I heard about Maaco jobs, I saw no evidence of shoddy craftsmanship. If you want a good cheap paintjob come to Springfield, VA. The Maaco here is good shit. ANY color and its the same price. I said metallic black and the guy pulled this dictionary looking thing out from the desk and had color charts and stuff. I'm representing for Maaco for at least the two years that this paintjob is supposed to last. 600 bucks, 2 years, looks great...

Hate to say man, but give it 6 months and it will start lookin like shit. My buddy got his 4th gen lude done there with their like Top Dollar paint job, like $650 that is, primered it, clear coats and all the goods and the paint is already fading and the clearcoat is already wearing off. He takes pretty good care of it too. Hopefully yours last longer. He has a 5 year guarantee on his shit.

Looks great! How come you didn't get the holes in the air dam filled?? Or is it just that pic? The Maaco I took mine to will honor the gloss warranty (new paint job) no questions asked so I'm sure if you do experience any problems, they will take care of you. Mine is now fading but it looked good the 1st 3 years so I have no regrets.

Your ride looks great man. It's perfect except for the rims. Some 17's would set that shit off! The paint looks great.

I prepped the hood myself before I gave it to them, but I'd advise everyone to just freakin let them do it. It took me two days straight to just do the hood and it took them about a day to do the whole rest of the car.
