I ran across this in my ever present search for parts for our cars. I have no Idea what this is. Can anyone tell me what this does?

it probably multiplys the volts or amps going to your headlights to make a brighter light... i think that if you want a nice setup, get some EUROLITE glass housings and some PIAA headlamps... there is no need for this device with a good set of bulbs... its probably illegal too

Yeah I think its one of those high somethin headlight improver things I forgot what its called oh well just know it makes your lights brighter
