You should not have a problem as far as grinds go the 272 is quite mild.

hmm
bore out the throttle body, and get a B16 manifold or B18c5 manifold... that will open your intake side up to get more air. Then you can worry about injectors, fuel rails and FPR's.

Just the cam alone will only get you so far.

Don't you mean a B16 intake not head. So far I don't think anyone has got the B16 head swap done and working. Unless you did the B16 swap and don't want to tell anybody. :D
With that cam you probably don't need bigger injectors, but you can. I'm not sure on what the stock cc, something like 280cc. Get a little bit bigger injector and a fuel pressure regulator and that will work.

What I was saying was the cam won't give you a big increase in air unless you have other mods. It's good you have the B16 manifold.

But just to go back a bit... You can increase lift and duration all you want, but the stock throttle body and intake manifold is a restriction on the intake side. Just as the header, exhaust pipe, cat, and muffler is a restriction on the exhaust side.

... and yes you need more fuel with more air, my suggestion to you is run your own tests or do a search on fuel system upgrades for EFI.

have fun tuning...

Yea it is suppose to give you more air, but with a stock restrictive intake you won't get the full benefits. If you have a CAI and port & polished manifold that will help the air get in easier.
