i tried searching, but came up with nill. my a/c only works on high. i bet i'm not the only one with this problem. so, whats wrong? thanks

Mine is the same way but mine works only on the 2 highest settings. I want to find out what is wrong too. I was thinking maybe the switch is just dirty or maybe a wire some how got disconnected. Im clueless?:(

Does the FAN only work on high, or does it only put out cold air on high?

Does the fan work when it is on heat and low?

on mine the fan only turns on with the 2 highest settings wether or not im using the fan, a/c , or heater.:confused:

it only blows on the high setting. can't really tell if its cooling or not on the first three, cause nothing coming out.

In your case, its the resistor problem. Dont know where do. Thats how you control voltage.

adams86lxi, yours might be cuz the contacts on the slide switch itself is just dirty.

ok, thanks SiR. next question, anyone know where this is? is it hard to change?
