Well, its my fault. I ran the tire with low pressure, and I got a pretty small bubble. Just last week, its gotten bigger. So I replaced the two up front. So remember to watch that pressure. Its even more so important with low-pros cuz you can run on ZERO pressure and not even know it. Just my experience to pass on.

Heres the pic from the inside of the tire. This on the side wall from the inside.

I got the same size, 205/40R17. I run 38psi in the front and 36psi out back. Good idea that you changed them soon just like i did.

u know what tho, my friend who works at pep boys said that the bubbles were caused by the breaking of thread lining underneath the tire from the impact, that's strange that your tires just did that becuz of low pressure, then again i know ish about tires so whatever ahaha

I got a question for you 17" guys... is the overall diameter of the 17's and tires bigger than the stock ones???

205/40/17's seemed to be a little larger, also, the fact that the 13's will squish down and affect the size do to the larger sidewall.

but its nothing serious, just noticable.

isn't 38 or 36 psi too high? I run my 16's on 195/50's with 31 psi on all of them.
