my clutch is slipping... it is a stock replacement that i put in like 1500 miles ago...

here is the scoop

im spinning my tires taking off from my moms goin up hill... i rev it to 3000 dump the clutch, floor it to 6200 shift super fast then back on the gas right to the floor... now i usually get a good 1 second squeel goin to second, but it just slipped... i think it slipped cuz the tires were hot and sticky and the power i have is un bearable.. it doesnt help that im running 215/40/17's either... it was fine this afternoon when it wasnt sooo hot, it didnt slip at all... i guess i just need tto drop the cash for a stage 2

oh yah, any one with a weber that cant get full throttle, take the rubber bumpstop from the back of the pedal... i get full throtle now and its sooooooooo much faster and louder...

well first of all, you are killing the clutch very slowly by dumping it at 3000rpm. you have stock clutch and it was not made for that.
get yourself stage 1 or 2 clutch.

your signature was too long.
