Hey has anybody tried swapping the B20Z from the 99 CR-V??
What are the specs on that engine??
I'm trying to find the B20a but no luck... so i'm trying my luck at the CR-V B20z and see if its plausible?!?!?

if i were you... i would look at doing the B16/B18 swap. there is a kit available, and its very simple. get between 160-200 hp depending on the engine you choose. do you have cash? or are you just talking?

i'm seriously considering the option...depending on the $$$$.
I just like the idea of having the B20 under the hood. If its that far off then i'll re-think the whole thing and just work the sh!! out of A20.

Make a CRVTEC if you can afford it, best of both worlds.

you can run the CRV motor with no problems... but its gonna cost you

The CRV puts out 127 horsepower and redlines at 6250 but that's really all I know, well, that and it's fairly quick even in my mom's and that weighs over 4000 pounds.

I have a buddy who has a CRVTEC in his civic SI. He's running the B16 head on it. Its fairly quick. If you like the though of a b20 under the hood, get a JDM Accord B20a! It'll probably end up being cheaper/easier. just a thought.

trust me i've tried to locate the JDM B20a, but i'm getting no where! I've got no clue on getting one...I've tried EBAY, JDM engine dist. all over the place, and nothing. But there still hope.

anyway thanks!
