I already found this out with Surrey Honda a while back. That was the only B20A part number that did work for him and that was available through them. I guess its a start and saves a little on shipping.

The reason the Accord B20A water pump p/n shows up on the dealers computer is because it is the same pump used by the 88-91 carbed Preludes(B20A3). Thought I'd pass that along!

the guy told me that in his record, the water pump was for the accord 86-89, so it's definitly for the b20a

Thats what the honda dealer told me too, it seems the number cross references with the "S" model from the prelude (b20a3). The timing belt number for the JDM b18a/b20a listed as not be be sold in U.S. Go figure...

I think that the Flywheel from the Prelude S will work well with the B20A too. I still need to find one... I'm out of luck I guess.

$70 is expensive for a waterpump. You can get them bitches for 30 at any autozone.

This is kind of related the the cooling system, does anybody know about the thermostat for this engine?

Thermostats are nearly universal.
