you can't rejet the stock carb.
you will have to get weber if you want more power.
you can redrill the stock carb, but you need to know what and how much to drill.

there are 2 places to buy weber kit from.
http://www.carbs.net/Weber/Dataresults.asp
http://www.nopionline.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=dsppartdetail&vmakeid=140&vmodelid=010&vcatyear=1987&vnopinum=002%2B0363&vTitle=1987%20HONDA%20Accord%20Fuel%20Systems/Injection%20Carburetor%20Kit&vaffid=0

i wouldn't not recoment redrilling the stock carb. it is very easy to mess it up. i was lucky when i redrilled my carb.

if you look at the fuel bowl, you will see two jets on the bottom.
the one for the primary and the one for the secondary. that is what i drill out. if you drill out too big, it will flood the carb, you have to find the right.
i just drill out the primary jet with the smallest drill bit i can find.
