How hard would it be to change a Carb Honda to a Fuel Injection Car?
I have a 1987 Honda Accord LX. I would like to be a LX-i OR something faster.
Give me a email when u can answer my question. Please!! My email [email protected].

Thanks,

Adam :super:

lets put this way. if you have about one month of free time to do it go ahead.
according to carotman, you will have to rip and replace half the car.
just sell your accord and get EFI version. it is a lot easier to do.

You do need to remove alot of parts on the car. If your car is in real good condition, I would do the swap. Finding a good accord Body becomes harder and harder

It took me about 10 days working by myself and just doing stuff here and there. But if you can can find another 3g that is in good shape and has EFI get it. Also if you want to do a B series swap you only need to get some of the parts for the EFI swap, mostly the fuel pump and 3rd line. Then you would have EFI and a B series. Also the B20 is the easiest to do.
