headlight problem

my passenger side headlight will not work, i checked it out with a multimeter and it seems that my ground doesnt work, im thinking of splicing the drivers side ground to the other... yet im not sure quite how ;D... anyone with a similar problem that has a fix?... thanks alot~!

if you do that wont one bulb end up brighter then the other? Maybe I'm just looking at it wrong

i dont think that itll matter since its just a ground :|
