My old one crack to to a frontend collision. The problem now is that it would leak out the power steering fluid, so I cannot turn. I already bought the new long piping, but have no idea where to start. Should I take off the bumper ? Is it hard to take it off / put it back on again?

are you talking about the power steering line that goes from the pump, accross the front of the engine, then down behind the engine to the cross member? If that is it, you won't need to take off the front bumper.

He's talking about the PS cooling line. The bumper is easy to remove. First remove your signal lamps. 88-89 models have a vertical screw accessed through the fog lamp cover. 86-87 models have a pair of screws on the front of each lens. Then remove the two bolts behind each lens and slide the bumper forward. I haven't had to replace the cooling loops myself, but removing the bumper is definitely the first step.

For next time, a question like this should be in the technical section.
